Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):

1. the area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA10A/716;
2. the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA10A/715;
3. the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA10A/711;
4. the area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 32692;
5. the area described in the Fifth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 32693; and
6. the area described in the Sixth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA10A/714;

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
