Notice of Cancellation

Section 6 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies has cancelled the registry of this industrial and provident society under section 6(a)(iii) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908 as he has reasonable cause to believe that the society has ceased to exist.

The society may appeal to the High Court against the Registrar’s decision to cancel its registration 21 days from the date of this notice.
