Pursuant to section 26R(3) of the Conservation Act 1987, the “Anglers Notice for Fish and Game Regions 2021”, New Zealand Gazette, 22 July 2021, Notice No. 2021-gs2695 (“Notice”), is amended by amending clause 2.1 of the First Schedule by replacing the words “clause 7” with the words “clause 8”.

The notice is further amended by deleting Note 1.5 of clause 2 of the North Canterbury Fish and Game Region section of the Second Schedule.
