Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice May 2021
Pursuant to sections 108 and 109 of the Social Workers Registration Act 2003, the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB) sets out the Fees and the Disciplinary Levy prescribed by the Social Workers Registration Board.
This notice may be cited as the Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice May 2021.
This notice comes into force on 1 May 2021. The fees and disciplinary levy payable in this notice will replace the fees and disciplinary levy payable in Social Workers Registration Board (Fees and Disciplinary Levy) Notice (New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2020, Notice No. 2020-gs1636) from the Effective Dates listed below.
The Social Workers Registration Board prescribes the Fees and Disciplinary Levy payable to the Board specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The Fees and Disciplinary Levy are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Waiver or Refund of Fee SWRB may by gazette notice exempt people of any kind or description from liability to pay any fee or levy, and may provide for the waiver or refund of any fee or levy. Effective date: 1 May 2021 |
