Pursuant to section 131(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is hereby given that a Controlled Area Notice is declared for those parts of the Hauraki Gulf that fall within the Auckland Region. This notice replaces the previous Hauraki Gulf Controlled Area Notice.
