Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 5 February 2022;

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 4 May 2017, Notice No. 2017-go2056).

2. The notice is amended in respect of “Auckland District Health Board”

1. by omitting the name and title
   “Dr Allen Rex Fraser, psychiatrist, of Auckland”
2. and substituting the name and title
   “Dr Yvonne Fullerton, consultant psychiatrist, of Auckland”.
