Reappointments / Appointments to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal
Pursuant to section 87 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the Associate Minister of Health has reappointed as per their delegated authority:
Alison Douglass as Deputy Chair
to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a three-year term of office, commencing on 15 December 2021; and reappointed
Daniel Fernandez as a dental therapist member
Mary Mowbray as a dental hygienist member
Susan Morriss as a dental hygienist member
Eugenie Boussenko as an oral health therapist member
Riona Haripershad as an oral health therapist member
Shanton D’Cruz as a medical radiation technologist member
Karen Coleman as a medical radiation technologist member
Margaret Barr-Brown as a psychotherapist member
Joanna Doyle as a psychotherapist member
Dr Judith Smyth as a psychotherapist member
Marilyn Shearer as a psychotherapist member
Associate Professor Janice Mckenzie as a medical practitioner member
to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a five-year term of office, commencing on 15 December 2021; and appointed
Emma Sutherland as a paramedic member
Tony Ward as a paramedic member
Ian Phillips as a medical laboratory scientist member
Dr Stacey Wilson as a nurse member
to the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for five-year terms of office, commencing on 15 December 2021.
