Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 November 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Suzan Bart, in respect of Te Kōpere (55353), situated at 214 Lovedale Road, St Leonards-Napier/Hastings, Hastings.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
