In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 29 April 2020, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, that the name of Boon Gunn Hong be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors. The order to take effect on 1 June 2020.

On 7 July 2020 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against this order had been dismissed. Accordingly the order stands.
