Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 23 December 2019, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor or as both, for a period of three months commencing 1 March 2020. On 16 April 2020 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against this order had been dismissed. Accordingly the order stands.
