Under section 30, schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Celebration Trust in respect of any pupil at Kaikohe Christian School shall be as follows:

1. Primary School (Year 1–8) should be set at a maximum of $800 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year from 2022.
2. Secondary school (Year 9–13) should be set at a maximum of $1,000 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per year from 2022.
