Pursuant to section 29(1)(b) and clause 10 of Schedule 3 to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Dr Beverley Edlin

as Chair of the Bay of Plenty District Health Board for a term of office commencing on 16 December 2021 and ending on 5 December 2022.
