Pursuant to Section 7F of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989 (“Act”)

Notice is given that:

1. under schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 and sections 7B and 7D of the Act, the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children (“Oranga Tamariki”) has delegated certain functions and powers under the Act to employees of Oranga Tamariki; and
2. under schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 and sections 7B and 7D of the Act, the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki has delegated certain functions and powers under the Act to the Chief Executive of the Ministry for Social Development; and
3. under schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 and sections 7B, 7D, and 7E of the Act, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development has subdelegated certain functions and powers under the Act to employees of the Ministry for Social Development; and
4. under schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 and sections 7B and 7D of the Act, the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki has delegated certain functions and powers under the Act to employees of Barnardos; and
5. under schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020 and sections 7B and 7D of the Act, the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki has delegated certain functions and powers under the Act to employees of Best Care (Whakapai Hauora) Charitable Trust Inc.
