Pursuant to schedule 7 clause 4 of the Public Service Act 2020, the Deputy Public Service Commissioner has reappointed

Nicholas John Pole

to the position of Chief Review Officer and Chief Executive, Education Review Office from 21 June 2022 to 20 June 2025, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation.
