Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 December 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Donna Dillon, in respect of Ark Early Childhood Centre (40073), situated at 20 Third Avenue, Tauranga Central, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
