Revocation and Replacement—Specification of COVID-19 Vaccines for the Purposes of the Vaccination Requirement in Clause 7E of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) Amendment Order (No 11)
Pursuant to clause 7E(5) of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border Order) Order (No 2) 2020 (“Order”), I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General, Ministry of Health, hereby specify the COVID-19 vaccines that are required for a person to satisfy the vaccination requirement for the purpose of the Order.
All material incorporated by reference in this notice is done so in accordance with section 33B of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.
All material incorporated by reference in this notice may be accessed in accordance with section 33C of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.

This notice revokes the notice made on 29 October 2021, Notice No. 2021-go4690 titled ‘Specification of COVID-19 Vaccines for the Purposes of the Vaccination Requirement in Clause 7E of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Air Border) Order (No 2) Amendment Order (No 11) 2021’.
