Pursuant to section 77(5) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the marine sections of the Auckland Regional Pest Management Plan 2020–2030 (“plan”) (sections 2.4 and 7.7.11) were made operative by affixing the Council’s seal to the plan on 25 January 2021, this being also the commencement date of these sections of the plan.
