Pursuant to section 113 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint

The Honourable Paul Joseph Davison

an Acting Judge of the High Court for a term of 15 months, the commission to take effect on 8 November 2021 and end on 1 February 2023, a certificate having been signed by the Chief Justice that in her opinion it is necessary for the due conduct of the business of the Court that an Acting Judge be appointed.
