Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 June 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Leah Taratu, in respect of Puawai – Homebased Childcare – Rua (47392) situated at 166 Wellington Street, Pukekohe.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
