Under section 30, schedule 6 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Elim Proprietors Trust in respect of any pupil at Elim Christian College shall be a maximum of $2,790 (exclusive of GST) per annum from 2022 to 2024 and a maximum of $2,840 (exclusive of GST) per annum from 2025.
