Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint

Judge Frances Eivers, of Auckland

as Children’s Commissioner for a term of two years commencing on 1 November 2021 and expiring on 31 October 2023.
