Pursuant to section 41(4) and 41(5)(a) of the Animal Products Act 1999, I hereby give notice of the issue by the Minister for Food Safety on 4 October 2021 of the Animal Products Order: Emergency Control Scheme Managing SE in Commercial Chicken Flocks.

The Order comes into force on 6 October 2021.

A copy of this Order may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street (PO Box 2526), Wellington 6011.
