Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 April 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Kerry Henderson, in respect of Bright Futures Hawkes Bay Standard, (55273), situated at corner of Morris Spence Avenue and Wycliffe Street, Onekawa, Napier.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
