Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 10(2) of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Act 2019, I appoint to the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Board:

Vui Mark Gosche of Auckland

as Chairperson, for a further term commencing on 1 October 2021 and ending on 30 September 2024;

John Duncan of Auckland

as Deputy Chair, for a further term commencing on 1 October 2021 and ending on 30 September 2024; and

Philippa Howden-Chapman of Wellington

as a member, for a further term commencing on 1 October 2021 and ending on 5 February 2024.
