Pursuant to section 8(2) of the Charities Act 2005, I have reappointed and appointed the following individuals to the Charities Registration Board / Te Rātā Atawhai:

as Chair for the remainder of her term ending on 25 November 2022;

Dr Beverly Ina Gatenby

as a member, for a further three-year term commencing on 27 September 2021 and ending on 26 September 2024; and

Loretta Te Iriwaho Lovell

as a member, for a three-year term commencing on 27 September 2021 and ending on 26 September 2024.
