I, Hon Chris Hipkins, Minister of COVID-19 Response, revoke the exemption made on 30 August 2021 by me entitled Exemption Under Clause 24 of the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Alert Level Requirements) Order (No 9) 2021—Exemptions for Conduct of Viewings of Deceased Persons or Tūpāpaku, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 August 2021, No. 2021-go3721.

The revocation takes effect immediately on publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
