Pursuant to section 188 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Director Fisheries Management, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of MPI in accordance with section 2 of schedule 6 of the Public Service Act 2020, gives the following notice.

1. Commencement

This notice comes into effect on 1 October 2021.

2. Amendment

1. This notice amends the Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Notice 2014 (No. MPI 392).*
2. Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Fisheries (Conversion Factors) Notice 2014 (No. MPI 392) is amended by omitting from the column headed “Dressed” in respect of the item relating to gemfish (SKI), the expression “1.55” and substituting the expression “1.50”
