Pursuant to section 2 of the Official Appointments and Documents Act 1919, and section 9 of the Law Commission Act 1985 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Law Commission:

Hon Justice Christian Nathanial Whata, for a term of one year from 12 October 2021.

Jonathan Geoffrey Shirtcliffe, for a term of five years from 6 September 2021.

Professor Claudia Geiringer, for a term of five years from 2 May 2022.
