Pursuant to clause 7(3) of Schedule 1 of the Education and Training Act 2020, I appoint the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as the agency responsible for administering the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 with effect from 1 January 2022.
