as health practitioner (pharmacist) members of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for five-year terms of office, commencing on the date of publication of this notice; and appointed

Dr Bill Lu

as a health practitioner (pharmacist) member of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal for a five-year term of office, commencing on the date of publication of this notice.
