Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 September 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Rineta Rhodes, in respect of Big Bear Early Childhood Education & Care Centre (10273), situated at 22 Sandrine Avenue, Clover Park, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
