Pursuant to section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, clause 2 of Schedule 2 of the Public Service Act 2020, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 2 December 2020, I, Thomas Hamilton Forster, Manager – Economic Regulation in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I granted an Open Aviation Market Licence to the United States carrier JetBlue Airways Corporation. The Licence, which is for an indefinite term, took effect from 30 July 2021.
