Pursuant to section 9(1) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General has appointed

Dr Vanessa Caldwell

as Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner for a five-year term of office commencing on 6 September 2021; and appointed

Deborah James

as Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner, Complaints Resolution for a five-year term of office commencing on 23 August 2021; and reappointed

Jean Rosemary (Rose) Wall

as Deputy Health and Disability Commissioner, Disability for a two-year term of office commencing on 2 October 2021.
