Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 8 May 2021.

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 27 February 2018, Notice No. 2018-go931).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Counties Manukau District Health Board”
   1. by omitting the name and title

      “Anne Brebner, clinical nurse director, of Auckland”;

   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Dr Eric Yogeshwaran Pushparajah, consultant psychiatrist, of Auckland”.
