Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Dr Ashley Bloomfield, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 3 May 2021.

1. This notice shall be read together with Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”) (New Zealand Gazette, 9 June 2016, Issue No. 53, Notice No. 2016-go3261).
2. The notice is amended in respect of “Canterbury Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service”
   1. by omitting the name and title

      “Erik Marcos Monasterio, psychiatrist, of Christchurch”;

   2. and substituting the name and title
      “Dr Maxwell Panckhurst, consultant psychiatrist, of Christchurch”.
