Pursuant to section 108 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, notice is given that the Government Policy Statement on land transport 2021/22–2030/31 (GPS 2021), is publicly available.

A copy of the GPS 2021 which was published on 17 September 2020, and came into force on 1 July 2021, can be viewed and downloaded at https://www.transport.govt.nz/assets/Uploads/Paper/GPS2021.pdf.
