Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 9 July 2021 of the Animal Products Notice: Regulated Control Scheme – Bivalve Molluscan Shellfish for Human Consumption, which came into force on 9 July 2021.

This Animal Products Notice amends, and consolidates all amendments to, the Animal Products Notice: Regulated Control Scheme – Bivalve Molluscan Shellfish for Human Consumption made up to the commencement of this notice.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.
