Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i), of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 May 2016, which was granted under those regulations to Mereika Bourke, in respect of Playworx Kindy - Grandview (46116), situated at 12 Grandview Road, Nawton, Hamilton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
