Pursuant to section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 15 June 2021 of the Food Notice: Food for Export – Exemptions from Domestic Compositional Requirements No. 10 2021 which came into force on 15 June 2021 (“the Notice”).

This Food Notice amends, and consolidates all amendments to, the Food Notice: Food for Export – Exemptions from Domestic Compositional Requirements No. 9 2021 – 21 May 2021 made up to the commencement of this notice.

Notice is also given under clause 8(1)(d) of Schedule 6 of the Food Act 2014 that, under sections 444 and 445, the Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula (CODEX STAN 156-1987) is incorporated by reference as a standard work of reference into the Notice.

A copy of the notice and the Codex Standard for Follow-up Formula may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea, PO Box 2526, Wellington.
