Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 December 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Paula Todd, in respect of ACE Nayland (46287), situated at 441 Nayland Road, Stoke, Nelson.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
