Corrigendum—Notice Under the Social Security Act 2018

This instrument, which comes into force on 1 August 2021, amends the Apprenticeship Boost Initiative Programme established and approved on 28 July 2020 under section 101 of the Social Security Act 2018. The amendment makes various changes to the programme to make it compatible with the reform of New Zealand’s vocational education system enabled by the enactment of the Education (Vocational Education and Training Reform) Amendment Act 2020. It also increases the maximum number of monthly payments to 24, extends the programme to 4 August 2022, and clarifies administrative matters.
The instrument is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012 and is administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
