Pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule 4A of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the Minister of Health gives notice that the rates of levy payable for each class of alcohol, as per Schedule 4B of the Act, for the year beginning 1 July 2021 are as follows.
