Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Vincent Peter Schumacher, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on 31 January 2021, Hon Grant Robertson, Minister of Finance, and Hon Chris Hipkins, Minister of Education, gave approvals under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for:

• Ponsonby Primary School Board of Trustees;
• Marian College School Board of Trustees;
• Myross Bush School Board of Trustees;
• Tauhara School Board of Trustees;
• Hillside Primary School Board of Trustees;

to each enter into debt servicing obligations (including finance leases) within specified limits, where the total annual cost of repaying all outstanding borrowings exceeds the limit set by Regulation 12(1) of the Crown Entities (Financial Powers) Regulations 2005.
