Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Manager, Statutory Land Management, Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Appointment of Member to the Pakaitore/Moutoa Gardens Historic Reserve Board dated 30 November 2020 (New Zealand Gazette, 3 December 2020, Notice No. 2020-go5576), and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Appointment of Member to the Pakaitore/Moutoa Gardens Historic Reserve Board

Pursuant to section 30 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation appoints

Meri Haami

to be a member of the Pakaitore/Moutoa Gardens Historic Reserve Board, for the remainder of the Reserve Board’s term expiring on 20 February 2023, in place of

Te Kenehi Robert Mair

who has resigned from the Reserve Board.
