Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1. Title

This notice is the Corrections (Adelaide Road, Wellington Community Work Centre) Notice 2021.

2. Commencement

This notice takes effect from 3 May 2021.

3. Adelaide Road, Wellington Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is declared to be a community work centre to be known as the Adelaide Road, Wellington Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation

The Community Work Centre (Adelaide Road (Wellington City)) Notice 2005 (2005/161) as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 June 2005, No. 94, page 2264, is revoked.

Schedule

Adelaide Road, Wellington Community Work Centre

All those parcels of land in the Wellington Land District containing 0.1326 hectares, more or less, being Lot 6, Lots 14–15 and Part Lot 5 DP 8307 and being all of the land comprised and described in Record of Title WNA4/1218.
