Notice is given of the making of the following instrument by the Minister for Social Development and Employment.

This instrument, which comes into force on 4 June 2021, amends the Christchurch Mosques Attack Welfare Programme (“principal programme”) given on 27 May 2019 and made under the Social Security Act 2018. The amendment extends the expiry date of the principal programme to 4 June 2022.

The instrument is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012 and is administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
