Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 March 2021, which was granted under those regulations to Saul Luamanuvae-Su’a, in respect of Tino-e-Tasi Preschool (80032), situated at 10 Stenhope Crescent, Corstorphine, Dunedin.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
