Pursuant to clause 4A(3) of the Biosecurity (Border Processing Levy) Order 2015, I hereby notify that the rates of levy for the levy period beginning 16 April 2021 and ending 30 June 2022 are as follows:

1. $8.50 for a traveller other than a cruise ship traveller; and
2. $3.81 for a cruise ship traveller.

These rates are exclusive of goods and services tax.
