Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 May 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Jacqui Haywood, in respect of Home Grown Kids (46902), situated at 57A Spring Street, Tauranga Central, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
