Pursuant to section 28 and Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage appoints

Caren Rangi, of Hawke’s Bay

as a member and Chair of the Arts Council of New Zealand Toi Aotearoa, for a term commencing on 22 March 2021 and expiring on 21 March 2024.
